YOGA DAY CELEBRATION
On 21st of June, 2017 VECL celebrated World Yoga Day at Dhanora campus. Employees from entire VECL participated in this initiative. This year VECL invited Yoga trainer, who demonstrated all the major yogasans and briefed about the importance of yoga in day to day life.
ENVIRONMENT DAY CELEBRATION
VECL celebrated “World Environmental Day” on 5th June,2017. The theme of this year was ’Connecting people to nature’. VECL Committee organized a competition for identification of environmental concern from a photograph given to them as well as making a quick project of from waste to wealth “. About 100 mango saplings were planted at Lakdikui campus along with plantation at Dhanora campus
